Where do you deliver?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee for Peninsula Malaysia is RM8, Sabah & Sarawak is RM16.

How long does delivery take?

Local and international delivery will take 3 - 5 working days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.

This is not the size/colour I’ve ordered!

Oh no! Sorry about this. If you received a wrong item as opposed to your original order, please let us know immediately.

Appreciate if you can provide us a few photos of the wrong item and your order details emailed to help@fitgear.shop. We will exchange your item for a correct one. In the event if yourcorrect item is out of stock, we will reimburse your money to your bankaccount.

An item is missing from my order.

We are very sorry about this! Please email us your order details with your missing item. We’ll then get it ship for you ASAP!

Which address should I ship my order to?

Anywhere convenient for you! However please note that most courier services only operate during working hours and there is no delivery during weekends. In the event if the parcel is undelivered as per the courier’s website update, please contact the courier accordingly.

Can I choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for pre-order items?

We truly apologize as COD is not applicable for any of the purchase now.

How do I place an order?

First step is by going to www.fitgear.shop.

All you need to do now is browse! You can search for somethingspecific by using the search bar and you can filter your search by sizeand colour.

What do I do if I have any additional inquiries for my order?

We want to get to know you (and what you’re looking for) better, so don’t be shy and ask away

What payment methods do you accept?

At FITGEAR™, we takes security very seriously, even when it comes to payment.


PayPal
Payments which are verified by Paypal are done to avoid any fraudulence activities.

Paypal is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the moststringent level of certification. Please note that PayPal will provideautomatic currency conversion based on the current rate for MYR.

Kindly note PayPal's currency conversion fee is added to the exchangerate, set by an external financial institution. Contact PayPal directlyfor more details regarding how they determine their currency conversionrates and fees.


ATM Transfer
You can bank in or do a manual payment transfer (via online banking) to our account accordingly to help@fitgear.shop. Please provide us your order number, personal details and the proof of payment for easier verification.

Please note that if you did not make payment within 24 hours of the order, your order will automatically be canceled.


Credit Card
We offer credit card payment for Mastercard/VISA viaBillplz. Billplz is a simple cash solution to send bills and collectpayments in real-time. It is also completely secured!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but you will need to email as within the first 24 hours so that we won’t process your order. T&C apply.

How do I add an item to my order after checking out?

You will need to make a separate order altogether.

Do you restock items?

Yes, we do. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it in our Facebook page and email.

Do I need to register to shop?

You do not need to! (Not yet at the moment)

Will you pass my details to any other companies?

No, we will not pass your details on to other companies. Don’t worry! All information you provide us with is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

What is your online security policy?

We want to make sure you’re safeand secure when you’re shopping with us online. Rest assured we do notsell nor disclose any customers' personal information to other partiesfor any purposes.

What is your returns policy?

All the items purchased on www.fitgear.shop are exchangeable and returnable.

Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. Anyitems returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnablecategories will be sent back to the customer.

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionallysomething might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, orwe sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please send it back to uswithin 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund (includingshipping fees*). We will bear the postage fees of shipping item back tous during the return process.

However, if you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), orwish to return an unwanted *gift, we will still refund your purchase ifwe receive your request within 7 days from date of purchase. Kindly notethat the shipping fees for the return process will not be covered andyour refund will be processed based on the original purchaser’s paymentmethod.

How do I return something to you?

You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at help@fitgear.shop and provide us with your order number, name of item and the reason for returning. Our customer service representative will be happy to assist you with the return process.

*Free gifts and accesories are non-returnable.

Can I exchange my item to a new size?

Yes of course! When you return your item to us, kindly state in thereturn form the new size that you want and we'll process it accordinglywhile stocks last.

*Exchange of colour is not available right now.

Will you refund me my delivery charge?

Unfortunately, we don’t. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.

Have you received my returned items?

We will email you as soon as we receive and process the parcel to let you know that it is safely in our hands.

I returned an item and it was incorrectly shipped.

Can I come and collect or return a parcel in person?

We truly apologize as we don't accept walk-in pickup and/or returns atour warehouse. You may ship your item to us via courier accordingly.Contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

What are your standard terms & conditions for sales using codes?

- Applicable once only in a single receipt.
- Discount codes cannot be combined.
- Cash vouchers and store credit are not exchangeable for cash.

Why is my discount code not working?

Please email us with the email you have used to place your order with us and we will check with the team accordingly.
